I’m so glad I found CrossFit! I started a free trial class with a 6 minute sample workout and could barely walk the next day. From there I was hooked. The sense of community, professionalism, and structure are beyond any I have received at any gym.
Within the first 3 months I was losing weight (enjoying cardio) , and toning up at a gym for the first time. The Coaches work with you on your fitness goals, follow up with you one on one and really take the time to build a community at the gym- be it during workouts or organizing other activities outside of the facility. Joining the CrossFit Let Me Be Great community has been one of the easiest Yes’s I’ve ever said yes to. Moving from a different state with in the months previous to joining I didn’t know anyone.
I had always been avid in the gym although, I knew there was more in store for me than working out by myself everyday. One day, I decided I owed it to myself to go check out CrossFit in my nearby community. When I think of Let me Be Great CrossFit, not only do you gain confidence in your fitness goals but you also gain friends and family both in an out of the box! The community will “help you be great”. Kim and Jordan will help support you in being a great athlete in the capacity that means to you, meeting you at your goals. I know that as a result of joining, I can continue to count on my CrossFit community as a place of motivation, laughter and accountability to add to my everyday life.
